Segments from the “Sit & Be Fit Fibromyalgia Workout with Mary Ann Wilson” workout video: Designed for anyone with Fibromyalgia who prefers working out while sitting down. The entire program is done seated in a chair (although Mary Ann demonstrates some moves standing next to the chair while Lori remains seated).
The program is designed to reduce pain, improve posture and increase flexibility. The movements include breath exercises, stretches, self-massages and range-of-motion routines.

I thoroughly enjoy doing my bodybuilding exercise in the morning . It gives me energy throughout the day. If my workouts were highly intense, I feel great all day long. Supplements are not really necessary with the proper bodybuilding exercise , really good nutrition program and the proper rest.
I was just pondering how much i love technology and the internet….it gives us access to so much great information…just like this post..thanks will be back again A+
